The Brew is a student-run and managed coffee and tea shop servicing Excel Academy students, staff, and visitors. Seasonal specialty flavors are available as well as traditional core products. The Excel Academy vocational students that run and manage The Brew are evaluated on their customer service through customer surveys, review of video/audio surveillance tapes, and staff observation.
